  Working with these people regularly because of a corporate contract is one of the biggest mistakes I could have ever made. Poor service, poor communication, trucks returned to the fleet without requested work completed and no communication, lazy service and a sorry excuse for a business. I've been to penske service locations all over the country, and will with 100% confidence say this one is the worst!!!!

  My 1 star is for the company and their procedures. I got my truck from Nc and droppedit off at this location. I mentioned to the guy the truck was leaking in the back on the two uper corners on each side. I mentioned it to him because it ruined some of my wooden furniture and didnt want the next person to go through the same. He then went to mark it down and said i did it. I of course told him i didnt. He went on to say can you prove to us that you didnt? I told him prove to me that i did. Makes no sense. CHECK YOUR TRUCKS!
